All sales are final. If a Product arrives damaged or you have concerns about your order, please contact us immediately at support@scalprejuv.com. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement, a full or partial refund, or a store credit. Refunds, if applicable, may take 3-5 business days to process. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events).
